With regard to the physical wish list, we have extensive experience listening to clients' needs and then creatively integrating them into a thoughtful, cohesive design solution. We will also bring our experience to bear, introducing you to ideas that may be outside your knowledge so that the full potential of your project can be realized.

Customized Deliverables

We will then provide the particular tools you need to make those goals a reality, customizing our deliverables to fit your needs. For the dedicated do-it-yourselfer, this may be a simple hand sketch to confirm the practicality of an idea. For someone new to the process of doing work around the home, this may be three dimensional rendering followed by detailed drawings that can be competitively bid by various contractors. In each case, we will work with you to tailor our effort, providing just what you need to execute the project.

Project Phasing

We can also work with you to break larger projects down into smaller, financially manageable pieces by define phasing plans so each project can fit within a reasonable family budget. One reason we can do so is that we are not tied to the projects construction fees. As independent designers, our goal is to deliver the information you need to make your dreams a reality whether you want to do it yourself, hire someone you've worked with before or use a strategic partner that we can recommend.
